Come join us as Joe Gerber, head chef at the Birches in Concord, brings us delicious, healthy meal options. Class is about an hour long and Joe will demonstrate his cooking techniques for the group. Stay and sample all the wonderful food after the class! The class on 10/23 class will be about fresh pasta making!
