Adult Winter Wellness Workshop with Essential Oils

Stuffy noses, sore throats, year end stress oh, my!

Join us for a Winter Wellness Workshop that will allow you to explore natural ways to help your body through the winter months. 

After a brief exploration and explanation of options, you'll be able to create a soothing throat spray, nasal inhaler, room spray and a custom wellness roller with powerful and purposeful essential oils.  

Chose to make 1, 2, 3 or all 4 options above! Pay at the end of the workshop (in cash or check) for what you choose to make:
Soothing Throat Spray- $10
Nasal Inhaler- $5
Wellness Roller- $10
room spray $10

How to register: All those 18+ are invited to attend. Register below or call the Center at 746-8265 to be added to the list.  Space is very limited!  Register soon!  
Payment: taken at the conclusion of class for whatever you choose to make. Cash and check accepted.
