Lucia Cote comes to you with great enthusiasm! She holds certificates in Kripalu Yoga and Meditation Education through the Center for Mindfulness UMASS Medical Center.
Every first Monday of the month, Lucia will guide you to explore how to reduce stress and anxiety. Together, you will practice: seated meditation, body scan, walking meditation, and everyday mindfulness. Bring your attention and intention!
