Spring into wellness with mindful journaling. We will begin with a soothing cup of tea and breath work, then onto the main course - journaling! 
Journaling improves focus, relieves stress and promotes living in the moment. 
Bring your journal, a simple note book will do, and your favorite writing utensil. Prompts and inspiration will be provided. No writing experience necessary.  To register, call the Slusser Center at 746-8265.
 
Kim Marcellino is passionate about sharing the transformational power of writing. She has an MFA in Creative Writing with a concentration in Narrative Medicine, and is an experienced workshop leader. In her spare time Kim enjoys gardening and yoga.
