Nest in and nurture yourself with Fall Traditions, Mindful Journaling.
Autumn is a transformative season, inviting us to quiet the mind, and listen to the muse.
We will root down with a warm cup of tea and breath work, then loosen up with a few writing exercises. The remaining time will be dedicated to journaling.
Journaling improves focus, relieves stress and promotes living in the moment.
Bring your journal, a simple note book will do, and your favorite writing utensil. Prompts and inspiration will be provided. No writing experience necessary.
