Come join Haley and David Piskorowski, owners of Southern Charm Farm, as they walk you through the cheese making process at their farm. They make their cheese by hand; from picking up the milk at Contoocook Creamery, to fermentation and flocculation in the vat, to hooping, salting, flipping and washing, brushing, and ultimately leading to the farmer’s market and their barn store. They make our cheese naturally, using traditional methods and local ingredients. Enjoy a little sample tasting too!
