Kimball Pond Swimming - Kimball Pond Resident Swimming
We are happy to announce that the Town of Hopkinton will be opening Kimball Pond on June 14th! General information:Kimball Pond will be open for the 2024 season from June 15 - August 10. Kimball Pond is located at 58 Rollins Road and can be used by all Town of Hopkinton/Contoocook residents. The Pond is open seven days a week from 10am - 6pm, weather permitting. We will try to post closures at on the Recreation Facebook site It is staffed with trained and certified Lifeguards between the hours of 10am - 6pm. If staffing limitations occur, swim at your own risk or deep end restrictions may apply. The pond has no running water but does have two port-o-johns for patron use.There are designated swimming areas.Personal watercraft is allowed outside of the designated swimming area.Glass bottles are not permitted.Smoking is not permitted on town property.Gates close at 6pm and all cars will be asked to leave at that time.

All swim lessons will be offered at Kimball Pond located at 58 Rollins Rd. Registrations are open to Hopkinton residents and the cost is $80/registrant per session. Please add your name to the wait list if the lessons are full. Lessons are scheduled Monday through Thursday (with a make up rain date of Friday). Day one and the second Thursday of each session will be skills assessment days. Lessons will be canceled if thunder/lightning is present, or other weather conditions warrant.
