Hopkinton Recreation Department Cancellation Policy


~A full refund will be given if the Recreation Department receives notice at least two weeks before the program starts.  
~A full refund minus a 25% fee (from the total registration amount) will be assessed if the participant gives less than two weeks' notice.
~There will be no refund given if less than 24 hours notice is given before the program is set to start.  Note that if the program starts on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday, notice needs to be received by 4 pm the Friday before by the Recreation Dept. to be eligible for a partial refund.
