What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient Japanese method of healing that translates to Universal Life Force Energy—the vital energy that flows through all living things. This gentle, natural modality supports balance within the chakra system, the body's energetic centers.
A Reiki session is offered through gentle, hands-on touch or hands hovering just above the body, encouraging greater physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It is completely safe for all ages and beneficial for all conditions, offering a deeply soothing and non-invasive approach to holistic wellness.

What are some ways Reiki can help?

What Will I Experience During a Reiki Session?
During a Reiki session, clients often experience:

About Lynette Ronchaquira:
My name is Lynette, and I am excited to offer my service as a Reiki practitioner and the owner of Touch of Lumina Reiki to Hopkinton, the town I call home. As a Reiki Master trained in all three levels through New Hampshire Health and Wellness, I feel deeply honored to share this powerful healing modality with our area. Over the past 10 months, I’ve had the privilege of serving the Hopkinton senior community at The Slusser Center, and I look forward to continuing to support well-being, balance, and inner peace for those in our community.
My journey with Reiki began more than 13 years ago as part of my own healing path. Discovering Reiki was a defining moment—an awakening to the truth that each of us holds the power to heal by journeying inward. For me, the challenge was learning how to reach that inner place. Reiki offered the stillness, peace, and strength I needed to arrive in the sacred space of home we all carry within. It’s within that space that we reconnect with our essence, our strength, our health, and our limitless potential. It’s where we find true peace amongst the demands of everyday life.
From this place of deep reverence, I offer my work as a humble conduit for the universal life force energy that is Reiki.
Many paths can lead us toward healing, and no two journeys are the same. Whether you are curious, just beginning, or already well along your way, it is my honor to welcome you.

Cancellation Policy:  A full refund is offered if a week's notice is given.  If less than one week, 75% refund is given or one can reschedule with no fee.

No Show Policy: no refund offered.
